Masch Atelier is looking for a highly skilled Senior Bridal Designer & Production Manager to lead and elevate our bridal division.
This is a technical, hands-on role for a designer who understands the full construction of wedding and formal gowns — from corsetry and pattern development to advanced structural alterations — while also managing production timelines and contributing to retail seasonal collections.
This is not a sales-only bridal stylist position. We are looking for a technically strong designer who takes full ownership.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
Bridal Client Leadership
- Lead consultations and fittings with professionalism and confidence
- Convert fittings into confirmed sales
- Deliver a refined, high-end client experience
- Take full accountability for bridal timelines and quality control
Bridal Construction & Technical Execution
- Draft and adjust patterns for custom gowns
- Construct corsets and structured bodices
- Perform advanced structural alterations
- Work confidently with bridal fabrics (lace, satin, mikado, chiffon, tulle, etc.)
- Ensure flawless fit and finish
Production Management
- Oversee bridal orders from deposit to collection
- Liaise with CMT teams and manage deadlines
- Prevent production errors through proactive tracking
- Maintain structured order systems
Retail Production Support
- Assist with seasonal design development
- Contribute to pattern and fit improvements
- Support retail production alongside bridal responsibilities
Requirements
- 3–5+ years experience in bridal or formalwear design
- Strong corsetry and structured gown construction experience
- Advanced pattern-making knowledge
- Proven alteration expertise (full structural adjustments)
- Experience working with CMT production
- Strong organisational skills and deadline discipline
- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills
- Fashion Design qualification preferred
