Care Tips for Sheepskins

• Shake and air regularly to refresh fibres and release dust.

• Brush gently with a sheepskin carding brush to restore pile loft (especially for long-hair styles).

• Spot clean only with a damp cloth and mild wool detergent; avoid soaking the hide.

• Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, which can fade colour and dry the leather.

• Never machine wash unless the care label states it is safe; many are dry-clean only.

• Dry naturally away from heat sources; never tumble dry.

• Rotate regularly if used on the floor for even wear.

• Ensure sheepskin is fully dry and clean before baby or pet use.
